• Visibility brings about better business opportunities, challenges stereotypes and provides role models for upcoming generations.

We are a non profit organisation dedicated to increasing the visibility of women in the European real estate industry. Our database connects female professionals with speaking and media opportunities and we provide training for successful stage and media presence.

Our mission

Today, women represent 14% of all speakers at real estate events across Europe. This means that out of 1660 speaking opportunities in 2016, only 230 were taken up by women. We don’t think these figures truly showcase the expertise of female professionals, or reflect the diversity of the industry we want going forward.

We set up Women Talk Real Estate to offer a practical solution to increase the visibility of women in the industry. We connect female professionals with speaking and press opportunities and offer tailored training for women on all aspects of building a successful stage and media presence.

We believe that visibility matters. For the individual, it brings about better business opportunities and career progression, and it also challenges stereotypes and provides role models for the benefit of the whole industry.

We are a non-profit organisation helping the industry work together on improving gender diversity. We are funded through industry sponsorship, which enables us to offer our online network as a free service to our speakers, as well as to event organisers and the media.

Women Talk Real Estate is a practical solution to increase the visibility of women through stage and media.
